When you call it will ask for your phone number, just hit 0 and wait for it to repeat. Then when the menus pop up, just hit 0 and wait for the next menu. The last menu will take you to a person and you don't need to be a sprint customer to ask. I said "I just purchased this phone from a Sprint customer and I wanted to verify if the ESN was clean." Easy enough, Phone not lost or stolen but is active on an account. Can't tell you any more than that but hey, least you know it's good or bad right ;)
