1. Install drivers and unzip files.
2. Place phone in Bootloader by holding volume down, camera button, and press power. Continue
to hold volume down and camera button. Will show bootloader screen.
3. Plug in usb to computer. Should recognize Qualcomm MSM. Drivers are in zip file.
4. Start the MSM. Click on search for phone.
5. Flash firmware.
6. User lock removed.

I always use an nspro dongle for samsung user codes on gsm and spst of cdma ws on cdma. If I'm real lazy usually you can still enter the master clear on samsungs while they are locked. I've never had to clear a user code on a behold though. I may end up using this. thanks.

i got a error: amms write 12.7s
I was having the same error as well. What I did to successfully flash the phone:
Check "Full Download" only.
Load "Boot" directory
Load RSRC1 files
Load RSRC2 files
Load Factory FS files.
Flawless results afterwards. I was having boot loop issues, which is what brought me here. Many thanks to OP, as well.

I couldn't get the phone into bootloader mode no matter what key combinations I tried. So with that said, there's no need for a full firmware flash to get rid of the user lock. You can do a hard reset by pressing the volume down+call+end+down buttons. When it powers up it will be in recovery mode. You'll know it's in recovery mode when there's an exclamation point on the screen. Now simply press the menu button and the phone will do a factory wipe. I highly suggest a fully charged battery before a hard reset on any phone.

I have the same issue. Are these files available anywhere else? This one no longer works.
Thanks for your good work.
