This is just what the title says,a semi-tethered jailbreak for ios 7.1.1 on cdma or gsm models of iphone 4 only.
Right now this is a windows only tool.
its pretty self explanatory just follow the directions on screen,takes only a few mins to run.
Not my work,credits are posted on the tool.

what you will need----
1.A Brain.
2.latest version of itunes.
3.Java development kit installed,(link provided below)
4.the jailbreak tool (link below also)
5.ios 7.1.1 ipsw on your phone
