Help manually patching commcenter ios 7.1

Hey I am needing some help on patching the commcenter on ios7.1 so I can flash my iphone 4 to pageplus. The phone is already jailbroken I have tried using frankerebus commcenter patch for ios 7+ but it's not really patching the commcenter. Can someone please provide me with a way of manually patching or with a repo with a ios 7.1 commcenter patch?

and just to clarify those arnt commcenter patches anymore,they are memory patches now and a new cert. not sure why people are still calling them commcenter patches anymore lol.
