Dex was kind enough to give me a hand yesterday and help me troubleshoot some issues i was having yesterday, when i guess he had to split real quick...Now i am having a new problem.

I run LGNPST and it works correctly until i go into phonesettings and click read...the bar gets to 78% and the app crashes, no idea what is causing this...anyone have any ideas?

Edit: Found someone else having the same problem, but just my luck, Mobile Files doesn't exist anymore and the link sits on Google just to taunt me.

I think I read the other thread but I can't seem 2 find it now. Did U try with 1.1?

I would recommend trying it with 1.1 and make sure you use the Phonesettings.ocx and register it. That should fix it.

Dex actually set everything up with Team Viewer...but at the end of the process he had to roll out real quick

****....Still crashes the program at 78% when i try to read the phone settings
Is there a setting in the phone that anyone knows of that might stop LGNPST from reading the settings?
QPST works fine...but none of the LG software i have used works correctly.

Have U hex edited the fileDB?

I actually used the filedb and lg_mms_000.nv file (or whatever it's called) off of this site:

I know it is kinda of silly to trust something i just ran across, but it looks good to me. (Tho my flashing knowledge consists of about 4 phones lol)

If u have the time and take a quick look over that filedb file and tell me if it looks good that would help a lot.

Ok....that is done...what exactly did that do? lol
LGNPST still crashes reading phone settings at 78%

I checked all the settings at least for wap
Proxy set to: wap.mycricket.com
Port: 8080

Password: cricket

No one with any clue?
Maybe totally unrelated but i changed the PRL in qpst. It totally calls, sends and receives texts just as it should,
but when i booted up LGNPST it read the same as the old Verizon PRL. For S's and G's i went and reloaded the same Cricket
PRL that i had flashed it with in QPST. Works absolutely no different than it did before, except now the PRL in LGNPST reads
correctly.
And yes i have tried to NV READ like 10 times since with the same outcome. Program crashes at 78%.
