Hi .. so after hunting for the newest firmware for the sch-u940 glyde after buggering the touch screen downgrading it to bi29 and not doing it correctly, I finally went in to a verizon store and talked a guy into doint the bk14 firmware update for me. It totally worked! Touch screen issues completely gone .. more responsive than it ever was! Great news! So what I want to know is if there is a way to extract the firmware off of the phone .. so I have a back up file I can use to flash again if need be and so I can post the bk14 firmware for other people to use? Can I extract the bin file off my glyde? Thanks!

for SPC just use newest CDMA WS and select U350 to send the password

Here is a link to enlighten you on the hidden menus. They are only for the Samsungs and basically do the same thing through the phone that the Samsung PST does on your PC plus a few other things.

This thread is about the Samsung Bin/DLL requests not about tutorials. This is thread hijacking.

Here is the link for the Samsung U350 DLL:

It is on that page. Just scroll down and look for it. If you have Samsung PST and the DLL, the rest is simply putting in the settings for mms. In fact there is an MMC file that is included in that file as well for Cricket.

Simply go into Samsung PST and click on WAP, MMS, and DAta 1x(I'm going off memory so it might be different) and then click on "read" after that click on "Load MMC File and then locate it where you downloaded it from and then click on "Write" and BAM you have MMS and WAP on your Samsung U350.

PM Dex for the password to open it. It is a nicely written tutorial and will get you to where you need to go.

You aren't going to find a Cricket DLL for that phone. Cricket didn't offer it. You are going to simply load up the MMC file and then enter the MDN where appropriate. And BAM you are done.

What do you mean by ESN change problem? I am thinking that only Sprint offered this phone, therefore there is no other BIN file for it other than Sprint. I sure hope you aren't asking about ESN changes as it is against forum rules. Thanks for your cooperation.
