The store houses more than 1,000 apps that were previously scattered across multiple third-party app stores including PebbleBarn and MyPebbleFaces. The Pebble platform boasts more apps than other competing smartwatch ecosystems. The Sony Smartwatch 2 is compatible with about 300 apps, while the Samsung Galaxy Gear only boasts around 75 apps and only works with select Samsung smartphones.
