help with blackberry web on cricket

ok i bought tony's cortez mms and web solution back when mf was alive, sometimes i run into a blackberry that just doesn,t want to connect to the web it say's connect service provider i have tried everything from Itresetpolicy,wiping handset,reflashing ,refreshing account and it still don't work it doesnt happen all the time just once awhile a customer brings one and it doesnt want to connect im forgettting something please help ip address is always zero's

If it is an alltel/sprint phone, make sure you are writing the IOTA Bypass to it.

Another problem that can cause this is not having the network/country code set to 310/00 as well as the Blackberry ID set to your local SID.

Other than that, there really isn't anything else I can say about it. lol

you can also check the mcc and mc... whatever the other one is. mcc is ALWAYS 310 for cricket and the other code (which is usually 27 on alltel phones) needs to be 00.

you can check this in the nam programming (##000000send) or under the nam tab in workshop right under the MIN and next to the SID/NID pairs.

if you have access to CID make sure that the WAP0 code is on the acct or wap will not work. if you have your settings right you will at least see the $5 web subscription page.

CDMA Workshop....Memory Tab....Write...OK... open file "IOTA Bypass" (it should come along with the servicebooks)....make sure 4 NV items are written succesfully....done

No same books are out all works but if you having problems then go to the post i made i have edited service books that was made public and added my mms to fix. Just use those and you are good to browse the web

Have Cricket add that feature to your account. I realize you already pay for it, they just need to add it to their system and you are good to go.

Ok when I activated phone I used M6000 for model. I called and they wouldn't do add WAP feature because it is an android phone and I need to get android plan. I am new to Cricket. I am in STX market. This is the market that used to be Pocket. I am trying to learn the ropes. My mistake is that I used incorrect model to load phone. I guess I will have to do ESN swap to another phone to get them to add WAP feature. Unless you think you can still help me.

Rich. After battery pull, WAP worked. Then I tried MMS and pics did not go through. After MMS failed, I tried WAP again to no avail. I will try battery pull again. I tried PMing you, but your box is full.
