Sprint has given me the MSL code to my iphone 4s. They said they won't unlock it and I have called other carriers and apple and they said they can't unlock it. What do I do with the MSL code in order to get the phone unlocked?

I think you want to use as GSM, no one will do it just buy R-sim or GPP to get unlocked.

MSL is not to unlock as gsm,

When you know the MSL code you will have access to reprogram the phone for a different CDMA carrier. e.g. Pageplus, Boost, etc...
