A new-report from the Korea Times cites unnamed Samsung officials who claim the company is presently developing a competitor to Google's Glass — tentatively named Galaxy Glass — which could make its debut at the IFA trade show in Berlin this September. The tone of this disclosure is very similar to what Samsung had to say before the unveiling of its-Galaxy Gear smartwatch, which was the company's-big novelty at last year's IFA. That also evokes the so-called-sports glasses that Samsung won a patent for in Korea last year, suggesting that Google's most successful Android partner is indeed preparing to more directly compete with the Mountain View team.
