Intel reveals dual OS devices

As expected, Intel's keynote address was full of technological marvels, from gesture and facial recognition technology to smart baby clothes, smart watches and smart headsets. However one innovation that the company announced when its CEO, Brian Krzanich, took to the stage at the 2014 CES in Las Vegas has left many in the tech community scratching their heads and asking "why?" A chipset capable of allowing a device -- be it a notebook, hybrid or even a desktop -- to boot in either Windows or Android.
