when flashing moto Q's sometimes you have to use an earlier version of RSD Lite to make it successful so i suggest using version 4.3 it has been more successful flashing q's the first time than any of the newer versions I have previously tried.

I have version 4.5.3 of RSD Lite, didn't have any problem so far. You can also use RSD General for prl, in there you can select any prl. I use that now. Its very good
