According to ITNews, the long delayed expansion-into new territory-is finally going to begin during a press event in February when Samsung will finally unveil a new lineup of devices running the Tizen OS. Samsung has yet to delve into specifics, but the event will take place in Barcelona on February 23rd, the day before the Mobile World Congress begins.
