Kyocera E3100 Rio PagePlus Flash file

WHere can I get the flash file for the PAgePlus Kyocera E3100 Rio? I'm trying to use the cricket version of this phone on PagePlus. I already changed all the settings, prl and data settings. Calls and texts work okay, but every time I press anything on the front screen, the phone goes into "Starting Registration". I cant disable that. I think, I need a flash file. Help please,

Just adding some extra details to my original posting. I already entered all the settings that I know. WAP settings, PRL, etc. The phone can place phone calls, texts just fine. However, every time I touch the home screen, "starting registration" window comes up. I can't disable it. There is a PAGEPLUS version of this phone, so I want to know where I can find this PP flash file.
