UTStarcom CDM7126 Metro help please. Will $$

I have a few UTStarcom CDM7126 Metro phones that I need to flash to a Verizon prl. I have tried the ## End and #### End solution I found posted elsewhere in this forum. I think they may only work for cricket or else I am doing it wrong as I have not been successful in locking the EFS on this phone.

I am willing to "donate" $$ to anyone that gets me a working solution.
