T-Mobile to Offer Stock to Raise Cash

T-Mobile today said that it would offer up to 66.15 million shares of stock in order to raise funds. Any funds raised through the sale of stock will be used for capital investments, such as spectrum purchases. The company did not say how much money it hopes to earn from the sale of new shares.
