Palm Treo Full flash

I have a Palm Treo 700P from Sprint I am trying to get to fully flash. I have the special cable, the prolific drivers and the phone is still not recognized.

Anybody that can help me on this I would be grateful.

ya try the DM mode stuff like a typical smartphone? ##DATA or ##DATA#?

sometimes i have the same issue what i do is grab a tooth brush and Alcohol clean the bottom it works great for me

;^) That's good advice for any phone. The contacts get dirty so quickly while carried about in one's pocket, and it's so easy to focus on software when it's a hardware issue, and vice versa....

with treo's it's either ##3424# if it's sprint or #*#3424# if it's alltel or vzw to get it into diag mode
