The Samsung Ativ S Neo, a variant of last year's Ativ S that came to Sprint in August, will be available on AT&T from November 8th for $99.99 with a two-year contract. It has a 4.8-inch 720p display, an 8-megapixel camera, a microSD slot, and a 1.4 GHz dual-core processor.
