I am a multi-carrier dealer and I know that sometimes companies will tell you they don't support something but if you actually try it, it works just fine can anyone confirm a Sprint iPhone 4/4s working on Prepayd? I know they say no but I kinda find it hard to believe.

well i am not a prepayd dealer and know little about them but i will say this,if you can get the meid on there system i can flash it to there network,i will try to get a good pri for them and build a bundle for idevices that will make flashing to them easy.do you have a branded phone from them you could dump the nv from for me?or if you have a known good carrier config pm it to me or post it here.iphonecdmatool.com will let you flash to any cdma carrier.

I will activate a phone on their service and send it to you. which phone would be best? i know normally when i activate a phone on their service the only thing i change is mdn/msid and mms url other than that it no extra programming like you said if you can get the meid up their its done.

before you send me anything, answer me a few questions so you dont waste your time or money please.

is prepayd a "bring your own device" company?
i assume they are a cdma carrier,correct?
do they have there own devices that are branded "prepayd"
and do they have android devices with full functionality on there network?
and are they an mvno and if so what network do they run on?

answer me those questions please.

Prepayd is a Sprint MVNO. CDMA is their network. Just to kind of give you example how Prepayd works. Lets say I have clean esn HTC Evo once I upload the MEiD to their system they send me back a SPC code and MDN/MSID and I change the mms URL and I done. No *228 or nothing.

ok so they are not a bring your own device co.they allow sprint devices only correct?

so they will be able to see the meid is from a sprint iphone and block it if they wish, dont know if they would do that or not.but the new iphonemeidtool.com will fix that,it will be out with the next release of our tool.
so for now what you would need to do is to just put a spr iphone on there service and see if you can get it successfully on the network,if you can then go from there but i would think it would work since the 10key would already be active in the phone.

Talk to ACRS they've done it. There's rumors Prepayd will get iphone officially in a few months and that they are running pilot testing on non-sprint phone activations with select dealers and flashing companies.
