Verizon LG Extravert SPC Code

Hi i tried to get flashed my LG Extravert , and i cant, The first 16dig codes works, but don't read or shows me the SPC code , and i tried putting 000000 its says the SPC is not correct ,on phone says SPC Excess SPC Failures code , i tried putting 000000 its says , does any one knows what is wrong or how i can fix or what i can do , the phone is LG Extravert VN271 model LG-UN271pp , Please Help me out , THANKS !!!
