Sony has posted two images to its Twitter feed to tease its new flagship “Honami” smartphone ahead of its debut early next month at the annual IFA trade show in Berlin, Germany. The first photo shows only the handset’s power button and teases that the device’s unveiling is coming soon. The second image is a bit more revealing because it shows the phone submerged in water alongside the claim that Sony’s new smartphone is “about to make a splash.” The obvious implication is that the Honami will be water-resistant, as several other recent Sony smartphones have been.
