I got this tutorial for the Sanyo 2700 from M-F...so I'm not taking credit for it...It works for me...i've flashed close to 25 with Talk,Text and working internet succesfully...this settings also works for any Sanyo like Katana's..i hope this work for you guys.

For SPC/MSL : Unicdma...read Memory....Address: 0x03BA228F...Bytes : 6 ...Save and read file with WINHEX.

Open CDMA Workshop...connect...read....Security Tab....SPC send....Change to "000000"....Download Prl...Change Settings under EVDO Tab....close CDMA Workshop.

On the phone dial ##3282 -> USERNAME -> EDIT -> 000000 -> Custom Nai.

Password: cricket
Hapassword: cricket
spi HA : 1234
spi AAA : 1234
Reverse t pref: 0
Mhome Address: 172.030.226.023

I've got two these someone gave me. I've flashed several and never had a problem, but these two keep giving me error code 2048 "network busy. please try again."

I've used the IP above as well as 10.133.26.12.

Thoughts?

Still a no-go on these phones. I just found something though that I think is the issue.

Under Settings>Phone Info>Phone#/User Id...User ID says <Sprint Data Services Disabled>

After some searching this appears to be the issue...the previous owner disabled the data features, but enabling the data in settings tries to update the phone through Sprint and since it's not active that doesn't work.

yes the katana lx is done exactly the same way as the 2700

Hello all, new to the forum. I don't have this phone but my buddie has it and would like me to flash it to cricket for him. I don't have experience flashing phones, but I do have alot of experience jailbreaking and unlocking Iphones, and rooting many different Android phones like the EVO. That said, if someone could give me a quick rundown of this terminology. I kinda know what CDMA WS is but what is WINHEX? and what do all these -&gt;'s mean?

congratulations,but dont dream to much about mms on that handset because its not gonna happen.
