Just a few short months ago, rumors were flying that suggested Apple’slending devicesecond-generation iPad minilending devicewould launch without a Retina display. BGR noted in June that a low-resolution next-generation iPad mini launch was beyond unlikely, and now analysts are indeed singing a different tune.
