Samsung shouldn’t expect the Obama administration to rescue it from the International Trade Commission’s latest ruling that bans some of its older products for infringing on two Apple patents. Bloomberg explains that although the administration did veto an ITC ruling against Apple earlier this month, that particular case involved standard-essential patents while the ruling against Samsung does not.
