Samsung Galaxy Note III seemingly confirmed to launch with Android 4.3

Samsung’s next-generation Galaxy Note III phablet will seemingly be the company’s first flagship smartphone to debut with the latest version of Android. Google took the wraps off of a new Android Jelly Bean build.late last month.
