Make sure you select the DLL it came with
Flash the Bin file
then flash the SCR file and load PRL and its done.

I went ahead and tried it with 1.3 and it seems to have worked so far.

Did this using these files and LG Down 1.3 (linked in LG forum) and have no net and any time you click on the inbox, the phone power cycles.

I'm an idiot. I was using the upgrade function on download instead of writing them separately. These files work like a charm.

I flashed these files and keep getting network busy signal it won't make a call. I have checked the esn, all nam settings, confirmed the prl is written. I don't know what else it could be... Don't do alot of these older lg's wandering if anyone had something like this happen. Thanks

So tried it again and it's still getting the network busy signal. Wandering if it's something with the files bc when I set it back to factory alltel it's fine. Anyways just can't believe this little a** phone has been this much trouble. lol
