Brick Verizon and Virgin Mifi 2200

I have a brick Verizon and Virgin mifi 2200 its stuck in download mode does any one have a fix for that problem?

that happen to me too it doesnt even have a status light on... im still trying to figure it out

just a idea did u try the reset pinhole button on the back of it?

In the last yr i had about 8 mifis get stuck on download mode. I never did find a solution. Apparently there is a tool that fixes it but only a few flashers have it

I did tried the pin hole reset doesn't it work, there's got to be a solution out there.

I believe it has to be flashed using dfs cdmatool. You would need an evolution account which cost $75 a year. I have the same issue but i don't have an evolution account can anybody who has one assist me using usb re-director?

Monsta is correct to fix that issue you need to run the NVs to the device. You can do it several different ways but DFS paid is the way I would do it. I am sure one of the members here could do it for you remotely if you paid them

DFS unbricks them easy within a couple minutes.

i had like 3 stuck in download mode.. all i did to reset them was pull the battery for 20 seconds and replace it.. and they went back to normal...they were all 2200 models virgin sprint and some other one..

I use dfs evo to get out of download mode by connecting to status port and just go to the download section skip spc and click server download the v167 dmf or any 2200 ones then click local then check only the amss modem then write , if it fails click write again . I use qpst if dfs wont work. sometimes it work sometimes not.

Seems the new DFS "fails" alot..runied over 10 brand new 2200's. With the older dfs i Fixed over 100 bricked ones easily. THey need to get their program fixed
