sprint Iphone flash to other carrier?

hello, i was wondering if sprint iphone 4 can b flash to metro pcs? or any other carrier. but not cricket dont have good signal in my are for that carrier.

now the problem is finding some one who can do flash it for me . my iphone has a bad esn.
