Here is a challenge for ya all....

How in the world do you get the SPC off a Sprint Blackberry tour? lol

furious does it instantly...worth the 200 or so for it...also unlocks ALL blakberry netork locks, pass, clone imei/pin and does all htc gs unlocks

No you can't. Sprint got all fancy and locked the memory down. I did a scan on CDMA Workshop and none of the addresses came up readable.

I did some looking around and furious is the best option. It costs some money but I can make it back. At least I hope so. lol And it might even be useful for other sprint blackberry's too. Right now it takes about 30 seconds to a minute to get read it. They said it can get it in about 10 seconds with that furious dongle.

I am waiting to hear back from them to decide on whether or not I buy it.

Well thats up to u but it should pay for itself as for me i am a reseller of GSM unlock codes and i can set up an account to unlock GSM fones i have decent prices or u can get the code off Ebay for like 10 its up to u

As for the GSM phones, I have been at my shop for two years and have never had anyone come in and ask for an unlock. That is mainly because there aren't many GSM customers in my area. That might change as ATT is starting to beef up its coverage in my area.

I have attempted to contact Furious Gold about their product. I have only gotten one reply from them. And it directed me toward a GSM site. I am not interested in the GSM part. That is only a bonus for me if it does that too.

For right now I would like this to find the SPC for the Sprint. If anyone can guide me in the right direction on which of the furious gold products to buy that will get me this I would greatly appreciate it.

Yes, I have. And I really want to get it. But I am worried it is for GSM handsets. And since Furious Gold doesn't believe in answering questions to people wanting to buy their product, I am not willing to gamble away over $250 hoping it works. I have four of these just begging to be sold.

Therefore, I am going to wait until some other trusting soul decides to give it a try and post the results.

Alright you guys. I am a guinea pig here. I bought the dongle today. The way I see it, if it doesn't work, I can always use it for GSM services. lol

it says it reads MSL codes in "slow mode" i've had my eye on it for a while and i'm seriously considering it here in the next week or so.

for now i have a decently priced sprint hookup.

i had a bad esn 8530 and he still got it!!

10$ well spent

i think i saw someone on here selling them

depends on how many phones you need it done

if its a few you can save money if its dozens then def the dongle if it works

as far as unlock codes i can get them for 1.5$, more if its new security (sprint tour)

i can hook you up with those prices if anyone needs a lot of codes

how are you doing this with furious? I got furious and it gives you the unlock code into the GSM side, but when i try to use the MSL button, it does not work.

I agree. I have this as well. It doesn't give you the MSL. Period. I am getting my money back. I thought it would. It gave me some numbers but none were the SPC. lol

Just for the info, if you have a blackberry and it has serious issue like collections, then you probably won't get the MSL. It happened with me so thats how I know

correct, anything that's under investigation cannot be retrieved. but i calculated a 98% success rate so far:)

The FURIOUS do the same thing as MobileEx it reads only the GSM side of the phone no the CDMA
