Yes correct and I'm searching my hard drive for the scr now. I thought I had them all together.

No, it doesn't mean we can full flash it. The LX265 has the same name and looks similar but the firmwares are different.

The rule of thumb with Sprint LG Handsets is: If you can get the firmware to a generic or Verizon you can fully flash it. Otherwise you can only basic flash it.

And really that has to do with all Sprint handsets.

do i need an eri file?? My lgnpst now reads the phone, the prl is 1040, the esn is set, the min is there. how can I tell if the phone is ready for cricket?? lgnpst said it was successful. I dialed *228 and got the american wireless message. the eri version is N/a. it aint done, is it?? I'm missing something.... hmmmm... any ideas??

I used lgdownloader and it wrote the prl to the Rumor 2 and *228 brought it to the cricket voice prompt. I used the VX9900.DLL

EFS Manager Component (not registered)
PRL Component (not registered)

Thease components are incompatible.
Please install LGNPST frame again.

Suggestions?
