In its latest attempt to make a dent in the crowded Android market, Sony is said to be preparing to launch a flagship smartphone with a 20-megapixel rear camera. The most recent rumors suggest the device, which is code-named Honami, will be equipped with a 5-inch full HD display, a 2.3GHz quad-core Snapdragon 800 processor, 2GB of RAM, a microSD slot and a battery sized somewhere between 2,700 mAh and 3,000 mAh.
