Hello I am a bit confused about this, I have a samsung Finesse I forgot my security code and It is not the last 4 didgets of my phone number.

To get your user lock code, first you need samsung pst and dll for that model to be able to read your phone.
Also you can try to read your phone with QPST.

samsung pst and qpst are here on this sight,as well as guides on how to install them,its pretty easy. you will also need drivers that are here.use the search bar at the top of the page on the left side. if you cant find any of them just ask and i or someone else will post them for you.

I believe QPST should be in the CDMA flashing software forum and Samsung PST should be in the feature phones/Samsung/software forum.
When ever possible use the report button /!\ to report bad links, many of the hosting websites have changed formats, like 4shared so files may need to be updated but no body knows til it's reported.
