No I don't believe this one does only the custom roms do.

so let me ask you this if I want to regular flash palm pre how am I suppose to do it because the only way you can activate the diag mode is via terminal right?

Yeah, but you can access via Putty by using this guide

I read that this automatically bypasses activation....is this true?...and how do i flash it to the phone?

im having trouble the Next Button is not click able

You need to put the phone in Bootloader mode.

-Connect the phone to the pc using the original usb cable.
- Turn off the phone
- Press the "Volume Up" Button and Power at the same time.
- AN usb sign should appear on the screen and after that the next button will be "clickable".
