Did you install the drivers?

If not get them here

[Only registered and activated users can see links]

If you did install drivers go to your device manager and delete them and then reboot your computer unplug the mifi and reinstall them then reboot your computer again and then plug in the mifi and let the drivers load agian

I think hes referring to having to run the DUU to get the 4510 out of HID mode.

I need to run the DUU to get the device out HID mode, however, my current problem is that when I plug even recognize the device, the 4510 into the computer, the computer doesn't recognize the device. the 1st laptop is running windows 7 and the 2nd is running windows 8. Does the operating system have anything to do with his? Until the laptop recognizes the device and downloads the drivers I can't do anything. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

If you follow the link I posted in Post #2 above you can download the drivers and install them rather then waiting to install them off the mifi.

I use these drivers and flash this device on winxp - 7 - and 8

Hope it helps
