Try starting a new post in the correct part of the site letting us know what kind of phone you have, the market you are in, what you have done so far to solve the problem, etc. Then we will be able to help you out.

im sorry if i make this question here but with this software we can change MEID's, but were do we come out with the MEID's number or we jest put any number and change it?

This is a repair tool, "changing" ESN is cloning and is illegal and against forum rules to discuss. So to use this tool find the MEID on the phones sticker and write that back to the device.
