Two must haves for Blackberrys

I use these two programs all of the time for blackberry's. The JL Commander is great for wiping the handheld and downgrading the OS.

On the sprint blackberry 8330 sometimes the phone wont flash over because of that 186 software on the phone. When I go to the blackberry website to try and downgrade that software so I can flash it, It wont let me downgrade the OS. So my question is, will this program work for that?

Do you have MFI-22576-002 file for pearl flip 8230 ?
I really need this file because my pearl can't start. I already flash with cmd by loader /nojvm but always stop in "wait for device initialization".
