I have a iPhone 4 ios 6.1.3 it will talk and text ok. The iPhone WILL receive MMS, but it WILL NOT send them OR go to the web, It shows 3G. We went back and forth 2 times on Skype and he hasn't responded. I don't know if he's on lunch or what
