Should I Update Carrier Settings in iTunes?

I currently have a CDMA iPhone unlocked on MetroPCS with talk/text/messaging/data/mms all working (I used iPhoneCDMATool). Ever since I unlocked it, I've been getting this message in iTunes and just wanted to be sure about whether or not I should install it. Will updating the carrier settings re-install the Verizon settings, or is it an actual update for the MetroPCS settings? Thanks in advance for the help.

if you do that your phone will be talk and text only.its a trick bro.updating firmwares or files is almost always bad no matter what phone you are talking about.
