sir, i need a favor from you...i have this huawei ets-1501 version c with pesn/meid working with a network but i tried to reprogram the terminal to another network after reprogramming everything seems to be okay but the sid/nid remain 0/0 i want to know what i am doing wrong and also correct me. thanks.

I have a bunch of UTStarcom CDM-7026C phones that I need to unlock the Cricket sublock and write the prl. Lacking UTPST for this model, I thought I'd give UNIPST a try. The only problem is that I get "Hardlock expired." I've tried the setting back the clock to 2009 fix, but no go. Anybody know how to get this hardlock problem resolved in 2013? Or even better, anybody have UTPST for the 7026?

Thanks 123456&. I goofed on the model number. It is the 7026C I need. Working crazy hours with little sleep scrambles my brain. Sorry about that.

Does anyone have any information about newer UPST?
Samsung is still releasing UPST DLL for newer models.
I am currently disassembling Galaxy S5 Verizon UPST Dll.
It seems newer UPST is installed in C:\\Program Files\\Spirent Communications\\
