My wife has an Android with Sprint service,
she has a job contract that requires her to use an iPhone to demo some app for a month,
she purchased a used Sprint iPhone 4 CDMA which has had its contract paid thinking Sprint would add it to our account for a month,
but Sprint insists she would have to sign another two year contract regardless of the fact we own all the hardware,

Is it possible to turn off her Android and update the number and IDs on the iPhone to match her Android to make the iPhone connect to the network with her account?

If this is possible could you advise on what information to update and what tools to use

Thanks in advance for any suggestions

What you are asking is technically possible yes, but no. It is illegal to clone the ESN which is what you would have to do to get it working. You won't have to sign a new 2 year contract, just get an ESN change done for however long you need it for, then ESN change back to the Android if that's what you want to do. To add another line of service I could see that or better yet, just activate the iPhone with another carrier on prepaid, use it for a month, then deactivate it.
