Samsung Craft SCH-R900 MetroPCS CDMA Hard Reset Instructions

Hello Everyone,

I have a customer who has Samsung Craft SCH-R900 MetroPCS CDMA Phone. They don't know the pattern unlock and would like to have it hard reset so that they can use it again with MetroPCS.

Can anyone help me out with instructions on holding the right buttons in sequence to get to the Recovery Menu, from there how to wipe/reset the device.

Thanks for your reply. How do I use the Shell Command? Like I can connect the phone with USB Sync Cable to my computer, from there what should I do next to use this Shell Command setup?
