flash Iphone 5 to another carrier

Hi all

I searched forum and didnt find any answer for my question. sorry if I started new thread wrong way.
my questions is:

1. is iphone 5 flashable to another CDMA carrier (outside US) or there is no need to flash it? just push some RUIM card and it will work?

2. as I know there is 2 version of iphone 5 A1429 & A1428 which one is designed (or better tu use) for non US CDMA carriers?
