How to modify your cricket flash to get long texting and visual voicemail (in supported markets)
What you need:
A jailbroken iphone that has been flashed to cricket with working data
The ability to read and follow directions
plist editor: Download plist Editor for Windows 1.0.2 Free - A tool for editing MAC OS property list file under Windows system. - Softpedia ([Only registered and activated users can see links])
Ifile or i-funbox
Ready? Lets get down to business.
1. Connect the iphone to your computer.
2. Navigate to /var/mobile/Library/Carrier Bundles/
(This is where the files for your currently active carrier bundle lives)
3. Copy carrier.plist to your system, always, always make a backup!!!
4. Load up plist editor and load the plist you just copied.
5. Go down to the section that has the VisualVoicemailServiceName header.
6. Select froom the that entire header down to username
7. Replace it with this:

<string></string>

9. Save the tile then place it at: /var/mobile/Library/Carrier Bundles/
10. Either wait about 6-9 minutes and vvm should start working alternativley try doing a hard reboot (hold power and home)
Congrats! You now have visual voicemail on cricket!
