Need help with 3G

need help with getting stable 3G on Droid Razr on page plus. I have stable 1X but 3G is NOT stable. Any suggestions will be appreciated

Wireless workshop is the fastest and lest expensive option available you can also get 3g if you have a Verizon smartphone to use to activate and pull the data keys off of. The problem is that if you simply use vzw your not going to authenticate to real 3g data.
