[Q] casio gzone rock meid problem

hi all, new somewhat to the community could use some expert advice / help i was trying to read the esn meid and it shows up in winhex, but not
in qxdm it connects but won't show anything but zeros in any memory location i input ?? really could use some advice ! thx
