Apple today made new versions of its Pages, Keynote, and Numbers application today for its iOS platform. The updated applications add a significant number of new features, including better cross-compatibility with the desktop versions of the same apps. Pages, for example, adds the ability to track changes, accept/reject changes, and import changes from Microsoft Word. Keynote adds the ability to import and export presentation themes, adds new slide transitions, and preserves table calculations. Numbers now lets users hide and unhide columns and rows, import and export spreadsheets with filters intact, and preserves table data and formatting. The updates are free for those who've already purchased the applications. The apps cost $9.99 each to buy. Pages, Keynote, and Numbers work on the iPhone, iPad, and iPad Mini.
