Consistent data?

Hey Forum! I flashed an epic 4g touch (D710) to page plus and have been having issues keeping a solid data connection to the network. I also don't have 3G speeds, even though i have my ha/aaa keys and wrote my 10.key. i did, however, have the luxury of 3G speeds when i first flashed the phone for a few minutes. i've tried different prl's and multiple data profiles. even the debug menu has "pass" under aa/aaa authentication! i know i've got to be missing something silly but i can't find it for the life of me!

Make sure that profile 1 is enabled in CDMA and that Profile 0 is turned off

This is not the same as selecting Profile 1 as active you have to do that as a matter of course. This is in addition to that
