anyway to activate iphone 4 cdma from verizon to another carrier with out having to pay for a tool? i try alreadi the commcenter file for ios 6 that rick post i try ##777 input the info and still wont activate,the phone is jailbroken,i load the prl file for the current service provider,install commcenter for ios6, and still it wont activate theres anyway without having to pay for a tool the prices are too expencive..thanks in advance to anyone that can help me

There are ways, but no one is going to hand them out for free.
The best tool with the best support is iPhone/iPad CDMA Tool (iOS4.x-iOS6.x) ([Only registered and activated users can see links])
If you just want talk/text there are many threads on howto do that but for data you will need to pay for it.
