HTC Evo 4G LTE-- NO DATA-- need data profile settings

Hello All,
I'm getting no data on my EVO LTE. It was fine and working but everything randomly stopped. I got Talk & Txt back after manually programming it, but no data..

break down:

[Only registered and activated users can see links]

When I go into the data profile everything is blank I'm positive I just need to fill these in but I only know Page Plus Settings:
Active Profile: 0
Username: (blank)
SPI MN-HA: 0
SPI MN-AAA: 0
Home IP 0.0.0.0
1st HA: 0.0.0.0
2nd HA 0.0.0.0
HA & AAA Shared are blank.

would probly help if you tell what carrier your trying to use and if phone is on data plan and all that good stuff.

Sure,
This is on sprint, and the data plan would be the unlimited everything, this would just be the stock settings sprint uses but I cant find them anywhere online and their tech support doesnt know what the are ?!?! Sprint said just bring it in and we'll give you another.... lol I really dont want to redo the root and SW change again for something so simple.

try the ##rtn# not sure if it will work on lte evo but if it does you will loose all personal data you have in there so be sure to back it up first
