I have a few ZTE F350 Salute's that SPC's are locked up to vzw prepaid, ESN's are good but the hardware is still locked up.
I have tried using DFS to read or change the SPC but no luck, same on CDMA Workshop v 2.7.0, reading the NV items on a unlocked one I found the SPC shows on:
0085 (0x0055)
0184 (0x00B8)
0219 (0x00DB)
But without sending the SPC to the phone it wont let me re-write the NV items into it to manually overwrite it.. I'm stuck and need some help, suggestions/solution please?
